FAQ

What is childbirth education, and why is it important?

Childbirth education is a structured form of prenatal education designed to prepare expectant parents for the process of labor, childbirth, and the early postpartum period. Our classes aim to provide essential knowledge, skills, and emotional support to individuals or couples expecting a baby.

How do I sign up for classes?

To sign up for any of our classes, simply click the registration/scheduling link on the class page.

Do you offer online or virtual childbirth education classes?

Occasionally, we offer virtual childbirth classes. To request our upcoming schedule, please email us.

Are classes available for partners or support persons?

Absolutely! We encourage all mothers to bring a partner, but it is not required.

Do you offer private or customized classes for specific needs or preferences?

Customized classes and private consultation is available by request. Please reach out to us via email.

Is there a refund policy if I need to cancel or reschedule a class?

You may be eligible for a full refund if you cancel your enrollment in a class at least 1 week before the scheduled start date of the class. The specific cancellation deadline for each class will be stated during the registration process. To request a refund, you must notify us in writing by email within the applicable cancellation period. Include your full name, contact information, class name, class start date, and the reason for your refund request.

What is the ideal time during pregnancy to start attending childbirth education classes?

We offer different classes for different stages of your perinatal journey, but for our childbirth education classes we most commonly recommend mothers to be in their second trimester.

Can I bring my baby to the classes, or do you provide childcare?

While we do offer Mommy & Me classes where our children are part of the fun, we respectfully request that children do not attend prenatal classes.
