It All Begins Here

If you want to achieve an intervention-free birth, are first-time parents, or are preparing for a VBAC, this comprehensive class will prepare you on all levels - physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. Your child’s birth will be a day that you long remember. Birth matters; you and your partner will be transformed in the process.

This course is taught over a 5-week period, in five 2.5-hour sessions.

Monday nights, 6pm-8:30pm
Saturday mornings 8:30am-11am
