CNM: Certified Nurse Midwife

A Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) is a nurse with a masters degree (advanced practice registered nurse) who has also completed specialized midwifery education, training, and credentialing. CNMs provide care to women, similarly to an OB/GYN, especially throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period.
