Lamaze Healthy Birth Class

Curriculum based on the Lamaze Six Healthy Birth Practices

These classes are offered on a 6-week cycle. To register, click here.

Cost/fees: $75 per class. This gives flexibility to the expectant parents for the topics you may choose to attend and to your availability. If you know you’re going to miss a class you really want to attend, you’ll have an opportunity to make it up in our next cycle or take it on a different day. If the time of our classes does not work at all for you, please reach out. We are always interested in hearing what times work better for different families.

Class II: Healthy Birth Practices

Class III: The Changes of Pregnancy

Class IV: Preparing Your Body, Mind, and Team for Birth and Beyond

Class V: The Postpartum Period

Class VI: Newborn Expectations and Techniques

Please bring/wear: comfortable clothing that you are able to move around in and sit comfortably for 2 hours.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

You may be eligible for a full refund if you cancel your enrollment in a class at least 1 week before the scheduled start date of the session. To request a refund, you must notify us in writing by email within the applicable cancellation period. Include your full name, contact information, class name, class start date, and the reason for your refund request.
