Optimizing Your Cesarean Birth Class

This ‘Bonus’ class is specifically designed for women who plan to have or medically require a cesarean. The Lamaze 6 Healthy Birth Practices are targeted toward low-risk births, but we know that for many women, you may have already had a cesarean and are not able to have a TOLAC/VBAC, or have high-risk complications and will require a cesarean delivery. So what can we do to optimize this experience and give the best care using evidence-based research? In this hour and a half session, we will explore the options, alterations, and alternatives that high-risk women have for birthing via cesarean.

Cost/fees: $75

Please bring/wear: comfortable clothing that you are able to move around in and sit comfortably.

Online Class Option

Can’t make it in-person? We plan to offer an online option and eBook for purchase in the near future. Please reach out to us if you’re interested in scheduling a private Zoom version.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

You may be eligible for a full refund if you cancel your enrollment in a class at least 1 week before the scheduled start date of the class. To request a refund, you must notify us in writing by email within the applicable cancellation period. Include your full name, contact information, class name, class start date, and the reason for your refund request.
