Hey there, Mama! I’m Jayda, a Registered Nurse, childbirth educator, and mother of 4. I am the founder & creator of Real Birth Knowledge. I got into nursing because I had a passion for midwifery. With my twin birth, I had to make choices to have the birth I wanted and I believe in learning to advocate for the birth that you want. I currently offer a small variety of Lamaze-based classes on St. Thomas to help empower women to make informed decisions about their birth experience and prepare for the journey of motherhood.
